Unforgettable Recipes

Having lost her mother to dementia in January 2017, Jenny Arnot, Commerical Director at Avansa has published Unforgettable Recipes – a cookbook to raise money both to support people affected by dementia and help fund research into the condition.

Garnering sponsorship not only from her colleagues at Avansa, but also many of the UK’s leading brands in the food and drink industry – including KP Snacks, Hi-Spirits, Dr. Oetker, Sleaford Quality Foods and Cawston Press – Jenny and the team at Avansa have successfully raised sufficient funds both to produce and publish the cookbook.

“The cookbook features 46 recipes, including two donated by Miranda Gore Browne – a former finalist on the Great British Bake Off,” explains Jenny, who is hoping that the book will raise more than £25,000.
